Quiet room in Alexandria townhouse

I'm looking for a roommate to join my lease for a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2-story townhouse. It's located in the Groveton area of Alexandria, VA, and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard opens into the woods of Huntley Meadow Park. The bedroom is unfurnished but has tons of storage built into it, and the rest of the house is fully furnished. There is also a free, reserved parking spot directly in front of the front door for your use since I don't drive, with ample street and cul-de-sac parking for visitors. If you don't drive, the Fairfax Connector runs two a route just outside the neighborhood entrance that goes to the Huntington Metro Station on the Yellow Line.

The rent is around $892 per month plus utilities.

I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, not too noisy, pays their bills with no fuss, and pitches in with chores to keep the house clean and organized. I hope we'll also be social and get along, and I'll likely cook for the both of us on weekends (especially brunch). There's no smoking in the house and unfortunately pets are not allowed in the lease. Ideally you'll stay here for the duration of the year-long lease and we'll renew it together.
