Hi!! My name is Payton and I'm 22, recently graduated from the University of Oregon! I’m from outside Sacramento so I have grown up visiting the city. I majored in political science and art and just took a management trainee position with enterprise. I’m looking to have a chill, clean, and fun place to live! I plan on being in the City for at least a year, hopefully longer. For roommates, I would love to be friends and have a super communicative and kind environment! For myself as a roommate, I’m respectable and clean in common spaces and always am more than happy to pitch in with chores! I don’t mind cleaning up for others from time to time as well, especially if it's a group effort :). However my room might be a little messy depending on my life, but I always make sure to keep common spaces clean. I am also a super open person and love to share my things but am totally understanding that everyone’s boundaries are different. I'm adaptable to other roommates especially with open communication!! I’ve lived with many different types of roommates so I am down for whatever! For work, I will be out of the house for most business hours during the week (except for the occasional half day). I am single and have some friends in the city but am definitely wanting to meet more people/ be friends with my roommates. Other than work and roommate info, I like to go on walks outside, thrift, watch tv/movies , try new foods/restaurants, make jewelry, and spend time with friends!
