The apartment: 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, shower/bath, and water closet. The rent is $1600 for the room. This includes all expenses except internet (water, electricity, and trash pick up). There is a new washer and dryer on the bottom floor shared between us and whoever lives in the studio. Internet would be split between us. The 3rd room is a spare bedroom for guests that we can share. Your room has a closet with sliding mirror doors and a bay window. This room is not furnished. There is a backyard that the landlords provide upkeep for. The landlords live on the 2nd floor and are beyond amazing. An application will need to be filled out for the landlords. Before moving in, we will need the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a $1800 deposit. Total: $5000.
Other rooms are furnished. In the kitchen, there is space for your things. Open to sharing appliances as I have lived alone for a while and have items.
