1 great unfurnished bedroom available in a 2BD/1BA apartment for Nov 1st. Possible earlier move in date. The room faces the back of the building, so it’s nice and quiet, with two windows that get plenty of light throughout the day. The room comes with a big closet, ceiling fan, and easily enough room for a full or queen bed, nightstand, dresser and desk.

-Roof Access
-2 bedroom, 1 bathroom - renovated railroad with bedrooms at the opposite ends of the building
-Steps from the Dekalb L train / 10 minute walk to Knickerbocker M train
-Short walk to Maria Hernandez Park
-Plenty of grocery stores and bodegas nearby
-Close to great bars and food! - Sally Roots, Klom Klorm, Left Hand Path, Abe’s Pagoda, Blue Collar and ALL of the places off of the Jefferson L stop
-Safe neighborhood, fun neighborhood, nice neighbors in building
First month’s rent ($1100) and security deposit ($1100) will secure you the room.
Looking for minimum 6 month sublease commitment.
You: are someone kind, clean and respectful, who ideally works regular hours, is social and friendly and down for the occasional hangout or beer but also likes to do your own thing. Pays bills on time, keeps shared spaces clean, covid considerate and generally just a good being please! Sorry, no couples or pets.
