Hello! I am looking to fill a large room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment available on April 1. My current roommate has lived in the apartment for 5 years now and is moving out at the end of March. I am looking for someone preferably mid to late 20's or early 30's. Great downtown location, about 10 minutes walking to the PATH.

The apartment has a large open layout; 900 square feet (rooms on opposite ends of the common area), hardwood floors, 9 foot tall ceilings, in a 6 story elevator building, central A/C & heat. Fios is currently set up in the living room and bedrooms, but I am flexible to changing this. The apartment is on the 5th floor so very low road/traffic noise and faces east so it gets a ton of sunlight during the day and even a view of the Freedom Tower!

I am a female in my early 30's and work in NYC. I am a very sociable person and would love to have someone move in who I can enjoy hanging on the couch or venturing out with, but don't mind if you are someone who prefers to keep to themselves.

The landlord requests the first month's rent and security deposit to move in. Rent is $1,362.50/month. Security deposit is $2043.75. Parking is also available in the building for an additional $275 per month.
