We are looking for a female professional or graduate student, late 20s/30s/40s, to share this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The move-in date is flexible between now and June 1st.

The room is square (approx. 10 x 11 feet), and has a large window with lots of natural sunlight. The furniture in the pictures including a full sized bed, desk and IKEA wall unit can for purchased.

The apartment as a whole is about 1130 sq. ft.

The roommates are considerate and friendly, and everyone has full work and social calendars. We are looking for someone similar to share our place and take over the lease for this room.

Unfortunately, we cannot take anyone with pets, and there is no smoking in the apartment.

Monthly rent for the room is $1425.25.
The monthly bills are cable and internet (~$43-$55 each), electric (varies with usage, ~ $25-$65 each), and water charges of about $25 each. We also each chip in $20 for cleaning lady every couple of months. This place is a STEAL!

Our building requires a credit check as part of the application, which is $100, and a lease amendment fee of $50 (as you will be taking over the remainder of lease) - but this cost is balanced by the $0 security deposit.
