Available Room for Rent

I am looking for a female/female identifying roommate (the room is available ONLY for 1 person) to sign a lease for for a 1bed 1bath in a 2bed 2 bath luxury apartment with a balcony, ideally as soon as possible (but can be flexible if needed). Rent ~$1290 (excluding utilities). I will be in the other room- and hence your roommate. :)

More about the apartment: The apartment is located near University Park, super close to the Colorado Station E-line (Light rail), grocery stores like Target and Natural Grocers, restaurants and eating places like Dave & Buster’s, KFC, mcD and many more. In the apartment you will have your own bathroom, huge bedroom and closet and bathtub, in-unit washer dryer, view of the mountains, 24x7 gym, game room, business center, pool, hot tub and rooftop deck.

More about me: I moved to Denver recently for a job in Meridian. I am excited to explore Denver. I am clean and tidy as a roommate and am respectful of other's personal space and time- and have amazing relations with my old roommates back in Boston. I am queer and work in office 9-5.

More about you: I am looking for a roommate (preferably female identifying and queer friendly). Ideally with no pets (I love animals but am very allergic)
