A college student searching for a space to rent as I continue my college education. I'm clean and hygienic, don't have any pets/animals, and I'm quiet. I'm looking for a rental below $1,000 as the monthly rent only, with no major preferences for interior setup--washer/dryer accessibility would be appreciated, though. I do not have a set minimum or maximum rental stay, but I do plan on renting the living space for the remainder of my college career which could be approximately 1 yr. & 6 months to 2 full yrs. However, I take full responsibility for any concerns you have about sharing a living space with me and I hold those offering a living space, and the condition of the living space itself, in very high regard. I will be acquiring a part-time job in the near future, so I will be very busy and hard-working--only at the living space when I need space or rest.
