Hi guys, I'm Chelsea!
I am 31. I'm moving into this 1400+ sqft townhouse late March and am looking for a female roommate to move in sometime in April would be ideal. It's a 3 bdr, 3 bath (2 full baths and a powder room downstairs). Essentially we each have our own bathrooms. However, the 3rd bedroom will remain a guest room and in the event someone visits, your bathroom will be shared (rare). There is a private 2 car garage, so we each will have a parking spot. Also, on the bottom level (of 3) is an in-unit full laundry room. Amenities include 2 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24 hour security guard + gated community and of course the BEACH 7 blocks away. The townhouse will be fully furnished aside from the room being rented. Either I can move in a queen bed frame and dresser or leave the room empty if preferred. All furniture brought must remain in your private room as the living room and dining room will already have all brand new furniture coming in when I move. (The furniture in the pictures is the previous owner's but the couch will remain).
Rent is 1500 + splitting utilities + splitting a housekeeper bi-weekly or weekly if you prefer. Renters insurance required.
An ideal roommate would be someone that does not smoke or make sound after 10pm (I wake up around 5/5:30 for work). Someone who enjoys tennis I think would be really happy here (since there's a court in front of the front door lol).
MUST BE OKAY WITH CATS. THERE WILL BE A KITTEN FYI.
