I'm 23 years old, moving from NJ to LA for work. I am looking for a private room with a preferably female housemate, who I am hoping we can become good friends. Overall I am pretty laidback, clean but not obsessive about it and am super ok with pets, especially dogs! I like to get drinks and socialize on the weekends but keep it casual during the weekdays due to putting in long hours at my job. I value good communication between us and I am always respectful of your individual space/privacy. I like to play soccer and am hoping to get more active once I move out of the cold NJ weather! Looking to move in around March timeframe.
