I’m a 26 year old soCal-native working 40 hours a week in the Tech Industry. In general, I lead an active/healthy lifestyle, and in my free time, some of my interests include playing guitar, rock climbing, snowboarding, traveling, and eating (major foodie). During the week, my sleep schedule usually involves going to bed by 10/10:30pm, and waking up at 5:30am, so I am looking for someone with a similar schedule, or who doesn’t mind keeping noise to a minimum during those times. On weekends, I tend to stay up until 12 or 1am, though I can tolerate more noise on weekends if you stay up later than that. I am looking for a housemate who cares about cleanliness and genuinely welcoming of guests, while also respecting boundaries and taking responsibility for their own guests. I am moderately 4/20 friendly, as in I don’t judge if you smoke, but I’m looking for someone who doesn’t wish to smoke in the apartment. Additionally, I’d like a housemate who doesn’t smoke cigarettes at all, as I can’t stand the smell. I drink moderately, and have been known to brew beer from time to time. It would be a plus to have a roommate who I can enjoy drinks with every now and then. I am the type of person who prefers communicating to tackle problems head-on as they come up, instead of letting grievances compound. I have no problem compromising on most issues when necessary, and I’m looking for someone with a similar approach to maintaining a healthy housemate relationship. LGBTQ / Couple friendly.
