Elizabeth M - $1,500/month

I grew up in St. Louis, MO but have spent the last few years living in Arkansas. I am an instructor and choreographer for a competitive dance team and absolutely love my job! I'm moving to New York to pursue my own personal journey in dance and performing arts. I'm honestly just looking to start fresh, try something new, and have fun!

I'm looking for a living situation that provides me with a physically comfortable and emotionally safe environment to unwind and relax. I am pretty introverted and need time alone to recharge. I am looking for a roommate(s) who respects that, however; it is important to me that I enjoy the company of whoever I'm living with! We don't have to be besties, but I'm an empath to a fault, so at the very least, our energies definitely have to match!

Some things I love when I'm not working include: practicing yoga, reading, cooking / baking, hiking and other outdoor adventures, and exploring new coffee shops. I love listening to music - R&B, hip-hop / rap, and jazz are my favorite genres, but I'll listen to *almost* anything! As long as it makes my plants happy. ;) I am vegan and while I don't expect that of my roommate(s), I ask that they are respectful of that lifestyle.

I have 2 large dogs, but unfortunately, I will most likely not be moving with them. I'd like to look for apartments and roommates that are pet friendly in case that changes though! My $1,500 budget includes utilities!
