I'm looking for a roommate to rent or sublet the second room in my brand new 2 bedroom apartment. I'm looking for someone tidy, peaceful, and chill who will respect the place as well.

The apartment is fully furnished except for the available bedroom.

The apartment includes a/c, a dishwasher, tons of closet space, hardwood floors, terrace and plenty of sunlight. The room can fit a queen/full size bed, a dresser and a desk.

The building has full amenities that include a doorman, elevator, gym, laundry room, game room, and courtyard. It's located in a great part of West Harlem with tons of cafes/restaurants and is walking distance to Morningside and Central Park. The closest trains are the C/B at 116th and the A/C/D/B 125th street.

The rent will be $1,882 and a security deposit of $1,882 is also required (however I can offer some flexibility on the rent). The building is rent stabilized. Heat, hot water and gas are included. Electricity and internet are not included. I will also have a housekeeper come bi-weekly to clean the apartment (not included as well).
