Hi! I'm looking for a new roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in South Slope. The apartment common area is fully furnished, but if you have living area stuff Im sure we can work something out. The place was remodeled about 4 years ago so everything is pretty modern.

The room to occupy is large enough to fit a queen bed, dresser, desk and more. The pictures in the listing have the current roommates furniture, but it will come empty. The closest is pretty spacious with storage on top. The room has two large windows and is right next to the bathroom and kitchen. The other room is on the opposite end of the apartment.

About me: I am a 35 year old professional who typically works part-time at home. I enjoy all things from cooking, exploring the city, to lounging around.

I am looking for a roommate who tidy, and respectful., maybe even hanging out from time to time. I enjoy making dinner and catching up, but respect personal space as well. Keeping the common area space tidy is a must as well. The landlord will require a background check, proof of income (3 months of paystubs), and credit check. We will also sign a year lease.
