About the space: The room will fit a queen-size bed plus furniture and has a large closet. The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up with central A/C, hardwood floors, dishwasher, built-in microwave, furnished rooftop deck with views of Manhattan skyline, small backyard, laundry in building, steps to the M at Seneca Ave, 8 min walk to the L & M at Myrtle Wyckoff Avenues, and 10 min walk to the L at DeKalb Ave. 

About the roommates: Both female professionals in their mid-late 20's, enjoy hanging out and going to brunch, but don't bring the party home. One of them has a small dog who loves people, so you must be dog-friendly; sorry, no other pets as she prefers to be the only one. 

About you: Age 23-30, working professional, similar mindset in regards to lifestyle and guests (notify all roommates in advance) and no smoking/drugs. We would love to find someone who would occasionally want to hang out, but not necessary. 

To move in: 1 month+security and an interview (in-person or via Zoom/Google Meet) is required to ensure we will all get along well.
