A little bit about me: I just graduated from USC with my masters in stem cell biology. I’m 23 and moving to Santa Monica for my new job in biotech and am looking for someplace safe but affordable! I love to go out on the weekends (hiking, beach, bars, coffee shops, literally down for anything) and am hoping to be good friends with my roommate(s), although I will be working most of the time and would like you to be respectful of noise when I’m sleeping during the week. I love hosting gatherings and also don’t mind if you have a partner/friend over as long as things stay clean. I like common areas to be clean and appreciate good communication.
