Jayson R - $1,500/month

I moved from New Jersey a few months ago. I don't know anyone in California but would like to get to know people and hopefully develop some friendships. I like to camp, cook, concerts, music and certain shows, and meet new people. I would like to have a roommate that is fun but relaxed and is also clean as I am. I am not OCD but like to live with clean individuals. Currently, I am a district manager for a commercial custodial company in downtown LA. I will probably work from home a could days a week and the rest of my time will be spent meeting clients and checking on my facilities.

The one catch is I do have a dog that you will love. His name is charlie. He is a 10-month-old American bulldog who loves everyone and every animal. Charlie is quiet, just likes to be pet all the time, housebroken, and will most of the time either be in the room while I'm at work.
