Hey there everybody! Current Denver resident looking for a new roommate for early September. I've lived in the Jefferson Park area since October '21, but my current apartment was just sold and my current roommate would like her own space. We are on fantastic terms and love being roommates, just a personal preference for her due to some personal reasons. That being said I do prefer girl roommates; just cleaner all-around on average than guys. Currently in a relationship, but we have great boundaries, so it's not like she'll be over every day either.

I'm into the typical Colorado activities. Snowboarding, hiking, hitting the gym, drinking, etc. We obviously don't have to be the best of friends, but I'm basically the chillest of people to be around. I'm like a drink garnish, you don't technically need me, but I always make everything a bit better! I travel about 40 - 60% for work, but work from home the rest of the time as well.

Let's be honest, you can get waayyyy nicer apartments for a cheaper price when they're 2BD/2BA. Looking forward to rooming with ya!
