10 x 15 ft private furnished live / work space with California King-size bed + bedding, wood floors, Work Desk, city-view North-facing window and mirrored closet with hangers and organizer. Private bathroom + shower.

Shared space includes a plant-filled living and dining area, large kitchen and 7 x 14-foot balcony, both with views of city hall and the mountains. 6 month minimum, longer term negotiable.

You : Any age, ethnicity, gender. Works at least part-time outside of the home. No pets please.

Must provide paystub / proof of income and moderate credit score to apply. May include background check of up to $30 fee.

One month's rent security deposit and photo ID required to move in.

About us : We are a WLW couple in our early thirties from CA / CO / OH. We are both college graduates, currently working in service and freelance, mostly outside of the home. Love to cook and also keep the place clean. 420 friendly on the balcony. We do occasional dog-sitting for neighbors.
