We have a room available in a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment in Bushwick for August 1st move in. Our year-to-year lease is expiring, three of us want to stay and renew the lease so we're looking for someone to replace the one roommate who's moving out. The room is available for move in immediately, but if it's more convenient you can move in any time until the 10th of August and we can pro-rate the rent. The roommates are me, early 30s man who works in retail management, a mid-20s man who works as a chef, and an early 30s woman with one cat who works in education. We're a generally quiet house, open to applicants of any age or gender who are ideally also looking for a laid back living situation.
The apartment is located in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, less than 10 blocks from the Myrtle/Wycoff L/M stop and about 5 blocks from the Halsey J. There's a small but nice park a few blocks away, and Key Foods and Food Bazaar within walking distance as well as a lot of nice cornerstores in the area.
Rent is $1035. Electricity, gas and internet typically run about $50-80 total per month per person. Room is available to move in on August 1st. If you decide you want to apply for the lease the landlord is asking for the following:

• Pay stub (most recent)
• Copy of Social Security Card and ID
• Last 2 years W2 or tax return
