I’m a 34-year-old graduate student. This fall, I'll also be interning at an archive. I've lived in New York for about a year now, and I plan on staying here long-term. I'm looking to move by late July or by August 1.

I’m pretty low-key and a super introvert, so I tend to keep to myself, but I’m happy to have casual conversations. I treat home like a sanctuary where I can recharge. I like to read, watch tv/movies, go on walks, or play video games.

I’m very clean, but I’m not strict (I’m definitely a “no shoes in the house” and “no outside clothes” kinda person). I like to clean regularly, especially the bathroom. I used to cook often, but I found that the school year has been too busy for me to do it consistently.

I am looking for similar people who are clean, quiet, and respectful, ideally in their 30s or older.
