We are two female roommates in our 30’s looking for a third female roommate for our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment on the UES in Normandie Court on 95 St and 3rd Ave. The apartment is in a luxury doorman building. The bedroom is very spacious with 3 windows and a great view of the East River. You will also have a very large closet. The 3rd bedroom will be available starting August 1st.

Total monthly bills including cable, internet and utilities come out to $70-$100 per person. We also require one month security deposit.

We are seeking a roommate who is very clean, easy going, drama free, responsible and respectful. We keep the common areas very clean and would like a roommate who does the same.
