This charming building is a repurposed monastery from the 1900's. It has very spiritual and relaxed energy, filled with musicians and artists, and centrally located. There is a pool, rooftop view of Los Angeles, balcony, and washer and drier. Street parking is very easy to find. The neighborhood is named Beachwood, right next to Los Feliz. This room would be shared with a barrier, and the bedroom will not be furnished. I am always willing to make accommodations furniture and decoration wise. <3
