Kohki S - $1,000/month

Hey! My name is Kohki. I’m originally from Japan and am moving to Atlanta from Seattle this August to start my career as a process engineer. I'm looking for a spot in Cumberland, Sandy Springs, Marietta, Brookhaven, or Buckhead with a budget of around $1,000. A good kitchen is a major priority for me!

I work a standard 8-to-6 schedule. After work, I like to stay active—I play a lot of sports (basketball, soccer, rugby) and am keeping up my cardio after leaving my university's boxing club. My plan for evening routine involves some martial arts or dance, cooking a healthy dinner (lots of Japanese food and curries!), and heading to bed by 11 PM. On weekends, I’m usually hanging out or studying to learn data analysis and coding.

I’ll be moving in solo, though my wife will visit about once a month. I'm not a huge music listener but enjoy a good vibe, just looking for quiet after midnight on weekdays. Ultimately, I'm hoping to find a roommate who is equally driven and excited about their career, so we can learn and improve together!
