This furnished Bedroom has lots of natural light located on the second floor with a view of the back yard. The room has newly installed wood Laminate Flooring and a fresh coat of paint. Dresser, TV stand and Closet and cube shelf provide lots of available storage in room. The rooms are furnished but if you would like anything removed, I can accommodate.

Large kitchen/dining area with TV in the common are on the first floor.
Shared hallway bathroom with tub and shower combination.
Laundry available outside bedroom door.

Bedroom one Dimensions 10 feet 10 inches X 11 Feet
Bedroom two dimensions 10 feet 8 inches X 9 Feet 8 inches available for an additional $200 added to the bedroom one's rent.

1 assigned parking space is included.

Monthly charges are $900 for bedroom one per month utilities included.
The optional second bedroom is available for $200 per month

If your credit score is 675 or above the security deposit is $575.
If your credit score is 600 to 674 a security deposit of $900 is required.

Applicant pays for Application fee, credit Check and background check as charged by Zillow.

You will need to meet the following criteria.

Proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
Criminal background check
No more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
Valid State ID and SSN for verification
Minimum credit score of 600 is required but 535 to 599 will be considered.
Move in as early as 1 day after being approved.
