Dresser, TV stand and Closet and cube shelf provide lots of available storage in room. The rooms are furnished but if you would like anything removed, I can accommodate.

Large kitchen/dining area with TV in the common are on the first floor.
Shared hallway bathroom with tub and shower combination.

The optional second bedroom is available for $200 per month

If your credit score is 675 or above the security deposit is $575.
If your credit score is 600 to 674 a security deposit of $900 is required.

Minimum credit score of 600 is required but 535 to 599 will be considered.
Move in as early as 1 day after being approved.
