My teenage son lives in Calabasas and will likely come over a couple times per month yet never for overnights.
We have passes to Six Flags and Universal Studios and he aspires to be a director so we love watching movies and reviewing his drawings and characters and the like.

I subscribe to all three of the main theories of being a great roommate; clean up after yourself, pay your share on time, and be a great cook.
