Hello! I am moving to Los angeles for work and opening a restaurant in the Santa Monica area. Looking for a room to rent month to month and if it’s the right fit would be willing to sign a longer term lease. Pretty laid back as a person, like to take it easy at home and relax. I work relatively long hours so am gone mostly during the nights and weekends. No pets, non smoker, not a big drinker but like to socialize.
