Hi there! I’m looking for someone kind and responsible to rent my spare room. It’s a bright bedroom with two closets, a beautiful window nook, and its own private bathroom with a tub, shower, and a large vanity. The room is unfurnished, so you can bring your own style and make it feel like home.

You’ll also have full access to our shared kitchen, living room, and dining room, plus an in-home washer and dryer. Cozy porch with bench and a fresh herb garden. Water and internet are included in the rent. Asking for 40% of the electricity bill.

I live here with two sweet cats and a friendly dog, so you’d need to be okay with pets. (Sorry, no additional animals.)

A little about me: I work about 50 hours a week and am often out of town on weekends. I’ll be having spinal surgery next year and sometimes struggle with day-to-day tasks, so I’m open to negotiating lower rent if you’re willing to help with light housework.
