Hello! I'm in a 7th-floor 2-bed/1-bath in the heart of prime Bushwick, looking for a chill roommate. There's an elevator, a pretty nice gym and workout studio, an amazing rooftop with panoramic NYC views, and laundry in the building.

The apartment has a dishwasher and fridge and the living room will be mostly/partially furnished as well. A full-size bed is also up for grabs if desired.

There is an orange cat named Tomato who lives with me. He's very friendly and a bit of a rascal, but feel free to shut him out of your room anytime.

The unit is in a tower right on the south end of Maria Hernandez. It's a 7-minute walk to the Jefferson L and 12-minute walk to a couple stops on the J/M line. A 24-hour grocery store is not even a minute away when you go through the parking lot.
