Hi, my name is Jeremy and I’m looking for a quiet and friendly roommate to share my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in the Rosedale neighborhood in Austin. I’m currently working as a handyman and painter usually from 9:00a to 5:30 and I am rarely home during the day if I’m not working. If the weather is nice I am always gone Saturday mornings from 8:30-3p playing disc golf. Sometimes Sunday. I have twin 15 year old kids (they stay with me almost every other weekend from Friday around 7p to Sunday around 2p. They are very shy and quiet, spending most of their time staring at their phones unless we’re playing board games or outside somewhere.
I stay at my place about half the week and my gf’s half the week so you would have the house to yourself most of the time. I enjoy cooking, doing art projects, gardening, and wandering around town (coffee shops, thrifting, nature walks, and live music). I am very quiet and never have large groups over. I am dating someone currently (6 months). No pets.
