Note: There are few changes that make the place more beautiful than the pictures show. Many Smart Color Bulbs that turn on automatically for Sunset and create a beautiful effect with the 22 ft cathedral ceiling and white staircase. I constantly improve the place and don't keep up with all pictures.. I need to get a set of better pictures especially for the bedroom since my current roommate lives here for past 3 years.. because the place is splendid :)

About you: Ideally you're a medical professional working at UCSD Hospital or Scripps Hospital (which are 2 blocks away), my current roommate is a Infectious diseases doctor at UCSD and medical students/professionals have proven to be the best roommates I had, especially gay men. The apartment has a loft. It is not very large but has a murphy bed for visitors. This area is NOT to be occupied but it can occasionally receive guests (like family members or your best friend) for a short period of time as long as there is no space invasion and they are respectful.

Entertainment: 4K LG TV, BOSE Home Theater system w/ large soundbar & wireless Subwoofer; 4K Apple TV. And Yes, the House is Smart and you can talk to it. You can also play video games with a large selection of PS3 and Wii Games and an Oculus Quest VR Headset (so much fun and great workout!).

About me: A 36 years old active professional woman. Born and raised in Paris, France. Now a San Diegan for life, and loving it ;-). A proud owner, always looking to improve and make the place cozy and comfortable. Occasionally receiving friends for dinner and wine and cheese or a fun poker night. I am pretty easy going and easy to live with. Ask my current roommate who happily stayed with me 3 years ;-). Overnight guests are okay as long as it doesn't impact each other enjoyment and safety. Frederick is a 3 years old English Bulldog, he is trained and loves people; lazy and adorable, everyone loves Fred :-)!

RENT: The market value of the entire place unfurnished is around $3900, so I am renting and sharing the place for less than half and offer prime everything in terms of furniture and comfort. We split Utilities, around $100 per month (the place has a nice breeze from the ocean near by and doesn't require often A/C) + shared household items (trash bags, paper towels, etc.)
