I'm a surfer of over 30 years, and yoga even longer. I love to be outdoors, adventures.
I'm looking for property management work, I have a long history of managing properties for others, and my own, so I really understand what it's like at your end, and therefore try my best to be as helpful and handy, and drama-free as possible.
I always pay my rent on time, I have savings. and great references- rental and professional.
If you want to save yourself a lot of headache, then rent to me instead of that cute 20 year old lol
