I’m friendly, an introvert/extrovert, quiet, both serious and funny. I am divorced, and coparenting twin 11 yr old daughters who stay with me in their own room every other weekend—thus the requirement (in divorce agreement) that any roommate of mine must be female.
I’m a creative human and always have a project or two or three that I’m working on.
I have many dear friends, but limit my visitors mainly to patients who come to my home office. In a previous career I was a culinary professional. I cook all my food at home. I would welcome having a roommate who might want to share a dinner now and then. I don’t smoke or drink. I won’t allow smoking in the apartment. Responsible drinking only if you drink. No parties. As for pets, I would be open to discussing having a cat—I’ve had many of my own in the past and intend to find another in the near future. A caveat: pets must be confined to a single room because of patients who may be allergic.
I am clean, not obsessively so but I don’t allow clutter to pile up, or dishes left in the sink.
