About the home:
1st floor: The master suite for rent is on its own, entry level floor with laundry, private bathroom, storage, and private outdoor space. There is also 1 of 2 shared living rooms/ areas on this floor.

2nd floor: kitchen, living room, shared outdoor space, guest bathroom

3rd floor: my room/bathroom/outdoor space.

Everything is upgraded and new, utilities are included as well as gated underground assigned parking spot for you.
Steps from local bars, restaurants, shopping, yoga, parks, etc. easy walk/bike to the beach

about me: Professional, low key, organized and clean.
about you: Professional or Grad student, who is clean, non-smoking, and likes a peaceful environment to call home…Have proof of income and 730 or above credit.
move in : 8/9/2000 Month / 2000 Security deposit / 6 month lease (then month to month) / 30 day notice to move out/ 20$ application fee (added to rent if accepted) if breaking lease subject to owe two month rent/ must leave space in the same condition as move in. 75$ late fee over three day late rent
