Ruggles B - $1,500/month

Hello, my name is Ruggles but I go by Ruggs. I’m transferring to USD this fall, going into my junior year. I don’t know anyone in sd yet and am looking for places to rent.

Here’s some info about me: I'm originally from the SF bay area, and right now I’m living and working in Manhattan for a 3D printing company. My major will probably be cs at USD. I'm 21. I'm a guy.

Okay, I guess what's really important here is why I’d be a good housemate. I moved out of my home in high school and since then have had many roommates (including my older sister for a time) and have lived all over (Bay Area, New Mexico, Santa Barbra, NYC). I understand renting and a lot of the general info that comes with it. For one, I can clean like a mad man… no really, like give me my headphones and supplies and I’ll be busy all Sunday! I don’t have many possessions, my computer, my car, my 2 surfboards, and my guitar (acoustic). I play music every day, so if free music is something your into, I’m your guy. I take song requests btw.

I understand that having housemates is a mutual agreement, I like to think I’m very reasonable and cooperative when it comes to sharing spaces, sharing house items, etc.

I have saved up enough money over the past three years doing school online that I will pay rent consistently and on time, all my work is remote so I plan on continuing my work this fall.

I have a fairly standard sleep schedule/routine but am also down to go out some nights if that's the call!! I do plan on surfing most mornings.

I’m trying to think of other things I can tell you about myself… I’m super excited to be in sd, I haven’t been around other people my age in while, so looking forward to making friends. I like to be organized, I do a lot of art on the side, I enjoy classic rock, I’m close with my family, and I’m really passionate about my work/studying, I know there’s more but that’s it for now.
