We are Izaac and Cash. Izaac, 28, grew up in Salt Lake City and has lived in NYC for 7 years. He is a corporate event planner with a love of all things creative. Cash, 31, grew up in a small town in Texas and has lived in NYC for 4 years. He recently graduated from graduate school with his master’s in landscape architecture and is working for a New York City agency. We have lived in our Clinton Hill apartment for 4 years and love the building and neighborhood. We typically rent out our extra bedroom on Airbnb, but decided a full-time renter would be a better option given the current global health crisis. We are EXTREMELY clean and keep the apartment in excellent condition. Izaac likes to say that the Dyson vacuum is one of his best friends. We both love to cook and tend to cook most of our meals. We have taken COVID precautions very seriously and make sure we always wash our hands when coming in from outside, always wear masks when we leave the apartment, and try to limit visitors but have the occasional couple of friends over. We are open to roommates of all genders, ages, and races.

A spacious and beautiful, quiet, light-filled bedroom and private bathroom in a 100% furnished 2BR/2Bath apartment on a tree-lined street in Clinton Hill/Bed-Stuy. Doorman building located 3 blocks from the Classon G Station. The bedroom is currently fully furnished with a queen size bed, however we are happy to remove the existing furniture if you have your own to use.
Hardwood floors throughout, 20+ ft ceilings, laundry in building, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, lots of closet space, gym in building (currently closed) and building shared terrace (recently reopened). This is a strict nonsmoking building/apartment.
Available August 15th, 2020 (flexible if needed sooner or later). $1,650 per month, plus utilities. (Electricity and Wifi/Cable)
Standard first-month rent and $1,650 security deposit required. Ideally looking for a 6 month commitment, however we are flexible for slightly shorter or longer tenancies.

There are two entrances, one on the 10th floor and one on the 11th. You will have your own entrance with exclusive access to the entire 11th floor, including your private bathroom and bedroom with adjoining balcony. We only go upstairs to the 11th floor to access the utility closet. The fully equipped kitchen and plant filled living room are the only shared spaces and they are located on the lower level. Our bedroom, bathroom, balcony and entrance are located on the main floor (10th) which allows you and us to have more privacy when needed. We recently adopted a cat named Mikey, he is very chill and friendly. His food/water/litterbox is all kept on the 10th floor out of your space on the 11th floor.
