Hey there. I'm looking for a roommate for my current apartment. I'm a professional working roughly 9-5 M-F, but at the moment from home due to COVID-19. I may eventually go back to the office, but not likely for the rest of the year. I am rarely on calls.

I rarely have friends over, but may occasionally on the weekends. I may have an overnight guest every few weekends, but would stay in my room, not the common space. With COVID-19, we can certainly discuss rules and expectations.

I'm not a partier, though I used to be. Now days, I'm more likely to go out earlier for dinner and then come home to bed. I don't have any problems with someone who is more outgoing or may have more friends over (again, after we hash out our COVID rules).
