Hi my name is Lundon and I am searching for a private room in NYC for summer 2020.

I prefer the UES, UWS, Astoria or Green point neighborhoods and my budget is around 1k a month. Month to month is ideal but happy to commit long term if the fit is right.

Looking for a sunny apartment that is clean and has motivated young professionals. I am responsible, trustworthy, clean and respectful, surfer vibes. I work full time in the catering industry but right now I am more focused on exercise and studying.

I may travel (surfing/hiking) this summer if possible but right now I need my privacy bc I am currently at my family's place on the UES.
