Starting a new job soon, so now have a bigger budget for a bigger apartment. I will be working from home mostly, so would prefer to have a quiet space with enough room for a home office setup.

I am fairly sociable and like to keep shared spaces neat and tidy. Guest are fine with me, and I'm game for throwing an occasional party. Also, I have a very friendly Calico cat, so if you are allergic I would not be a good match.
