My name is Kenya (she/they) my roomate (she/her) and I are looking for a third person to move into our three bed room apartment this may 1st. The lease is officially on a month to month basis, but we hope to stay till next may at least ! The rent is 725$ not including wifi and hydro. The room comes unfurnished with a closet. We have laundry in unit, a dishwasher, one shared bathroom, and a large shared backyard. I have a cat who is very well behaved, however does not get along well with other cats.
I have attached pictures of the room for rent, bathroom, kitchen and sunroom.
