I’m looking for a roommate in my 2-bedroom apartment in Centretown, starting either May 1st or June 1st. The apartment comes with lots of funky decor and two friendly cats😸
The apartment is:
- walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and more
- Close to bus routes 6, 7, 14, 5, 11, O-train line 1, and more
- 10 min drive / 25 min bus to both Carleton and UOttawa
Rent is $815/month, this includes heat, water, and A/C. Hydro and wifi are extra (about $70/month). Paid laundry in building. Landlord reference required, and students need a co-signer.
