Hi I'm a 29 year female here from Australia. living in a 2 bedroom apartment i would like to rent out the spare room. It will be a month to month with the maximum Duration ending in January 2020.
It is unfurnished but there is a closet and draws if you need.Room Open to mature females or Gay guys or gender neutral. I am a private person and like my space. $450 covers your room and utilities. It would be $50 extra if you want to add wifi and cable tv, since i do not have them hooked up atm and have researched that it is $100 a month without a contract to install wifi and cable. Need someone respectful my landlords are elderly and live on the apartment under mine. My apartment is 2nd floor. Close to 54th cermak pink line.
Please note frequent visitors will not be permitted I prefer no visitors if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend we can talk about their visitations. Please email.
