My name is Bre, and I'm looking for a room to rent, or a sublease to take on, or even a studio to move into. I'm looking to sign for no later than August 31st. I'm looking to stay somewhere with easy access to public transportation, and street parking. I'd prefer to stay within a 40-minute commute to the loop.

A little about me:
I am 21, moved to Chicago about a year ago to work as a tutor in AmeriCorps. I am currently still a tutor in the city. I like writing, art, film, finding new music to listen to, and really just hanging out at home.

Common spaces I always respect, and I mainly keep to myself but always down to watch a movie together or hang out with my roommates. I don't have people over too often, but I do have a partner who hangs out on the weekends sometimes.

I am LGBTQ friendly, a registered democrat, and a POC. I have always had ease with communicating with people I have lived with, and am looking for similar characteristics/like-minded people!

Finally, I'd like to add a few points for transparency: my credit score isn't very high, but I can provide more information later. I am willing to provide a deposit. Although I am young, I'm clean and am responsible. My previous roommates have been between mid to late-twenties.
