Charming 1 Bed/1 Bath for rent in Bridgeport

My boyfriend and I are renting out our spare master bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment of an multi-family home. The master bedroom has its own bathroom for you to use only. We stay in the other bedroom and the remaining bedroom is used for storage/work/occasional guests.

Rent: The rent is $800 including water and trash, or the option for $900 including all utilities. Lease is for 3 months and month to month after that.

Deposit: 1 month rent. For security reasons, we run credit check which costs $35. This cost is refundable if we and you agree to sign the lease.

Amenities: Garage parking is available for an extra $150 (otherwise permit street parking). Laundry is also available in the building.

Location: 15 minutes walk or 5 mins on bus to Sox-35th red line station. I am working downtown and it takes me 35 minutes to commute. My boyfriend is dropping me off at the station every weekday morning so carpool is also an option :). The neighborhood is residential and quiet but only one train stop away from the vibrant Chinatown. Also, it only takes 2 minutes to get on I-90/94 highway.
