Master Bedroom and Exclusive Bathroom in 4b2.5b, $1650 rent, Lease starts April 1

Looking to fill the master bedroom in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house. The rent will be $1650 plus utilities (usually about $100-150 per month) and the space is available April 1st for a 1 year lease.

The space is large, about ~300 sqr ft including a bedroom and a full bath (yours exclusively), and in addition there are two closets. The room is downstairs from the main floor but it has two windows that let in enough natural light that during the day lights are unnecessary.

The common space in the house contains a full kitchen, a dining area, two living spaces, a half bathroom, a large pantry, and a laundry room. The house has heating and AC (both of which are best in the room you would be in) and is fully furnished, but we are flexible if you have items you’d like to use. The other three bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Additionally, there is a front porch, front yard, a large covered back deck and a large fenced back yard. There is also a large garage (~300 sqr ft) that is used as storage and currently has a lot of free space. There is one parking spot for the house and lots of street parking (I have never not found anything within one block).

The house is located in a great neighborhood, just a few blocks from Greenlake and near Tangle Town Public House (if you want to look up the area). There is a bus stop, the 62 line, right near which gives easy transport to shops and restaurants near Greenlake, Wallingford, and the Udistrict, with easy connections to everywhere else.
