Duplex apartment in the heart of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn - we are looking to sublet a furnished room in our awesome space for 3-6 months. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed (Prana Mattress), desk, nightstand, MCM lamp, and has a closet and a floor to ceiling window. You also have a private bathroom right outside the door to the room.
You will be living with me (I own a local retail biz), another roomie (graphic designer), and a dog named Frankie.
There is an eat-in kitchen and living room as common areas. We also have 2 balconies and rooftop access. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs on the other level, so the sublet room is pretty private.
Washer/Dryer in unit!
Zoned heating/cooling - you control your own heat/AC in your room!
Rain shower head and deep soaking tub in your private bathroom! Radiant heat floors in there, too!
Sonos sound speaker system built into the ceiling!
Not to mention other amenities such as fancy appliances, oak floors, and quartz countertops.
The apartment is smack dab in the middle of The J/Z, A/C, and G trains, plus multiple buses - there is also a Citi Bike stand right around the corner.
Fun spots to hang. all within a few blocks - Frog Wine Bar, Saraghina Pizza, Daphne's, Zig Zag, Barb's...just to name a few. Supermarket right around the corner. Herbert Von King Park is about a 13 min walk.
Rent is $1700, plus one month security deposit. Utilities split 3 ways each month.
