Looking for either a short-term rental (2-4 months), or something through February 2026.

I work within the sport and hospitality industry, and am rarely home (I work 7am-7pm, including weekends). Organized, clean, reliable, easy to get along with, and don't have clutter with me. I don't go out much anymore, but I do like to go find different places to shoot pool when I have free time. Lived with girlfriend the past 3+ years, but she recently moved and we ended our lease earlier than expected.

From NYC originally and lived on west coast for 7 years. Never had issues with roommates. Live a healthy and active lifestyle, and like to socialize when I have the time. Don't need much space, mainly just need to be close to transit options as I'm on the move a lot.
