Hi. I’m looking to team up to save money for my next business venture. I’m a cool, calm, collected type of person. Not OCD but clean & well maintained gentlemen. I enjoy working out and pretty much anything outdoors. I’m a working professional in luxury sales (working 5-7 days a week) whom also enjoys a night out every once in a while. Would like a roommate who shares general morals and ethics of being nice and treating ppl well. Don’t mind male or female roommates. As long as there’s respect. I can get along with anyone. I’m not an everyday smoker but when I do it’s usually a cigar at a cigar lounge. Once or twice a year. Also an entrepreneur.
