Hi! I signed a year-long lease with my two roommates for Sep 2023 - Aug 2024, then a week later I was offered an incredible job that's just too far from my new place. I am hoping to do a lease transfer for my room for a year. My roommates are 20/21 and juniors at UW. We are looking for one more girl 19-22 who would like to rent a room close to UW Seattle campus. The apartment is a 3-bed 1.5-bath, nice new appliances in the kitchen, good medium-sized rooms, has a parking garage and in-building laundry, and a nice exterior. I already kind of wrote the description for this in the "a little bit about me" section.. whoops haha. I am a UW student who just got a new job but my apartment is on the wrong side of campus and just plainly too far from the new job, so I am looking for someone to replace me on my lease. It is a nice apartment with 2 other girls who are also juniors at UW. The place is totally wheelchair accessible, has a nice exterior, is close to campus, has a full kitchen with new appliances, and medium-large rooms. My roommates are very kind, clean, and respectful.
