About Me

Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am looking for someone to rent a room in my home starting December 19, 2023. I am looking for someone to move in with my current roommate, Aysha (her profile is linked). Both my roommate and I would like to meet anyone who is interested in moving in to make sure it is a good fit on all ends.

My place: I own a 3 story town home in North Everett. It has a 2 car garage, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I have a very small back "yard"/patio area (about 20x20 feet). The garage is on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, 1/2 bathroom and the small yard. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer closet and a linen closet.

My roommate Aysha has a large husky/German Sheppard named Kona who is calm and well behaved. I am able to accommodate one dog if it well behaved and gets along with Kona.

I enjoy hiking, camping, crossfit and travelling. I am responsible, tidy and am looking for the same in a roommate. I do not smoke, I drink responsibly and I do not use marijuana. I prefer someone who is similar.

Available Room for Rent

You will be renting the smaller of the two bedrooms, you will have your own bathroom that is right next to your bedroom. Your bedroom has a closet, and you will also have the linen closet just outside your room. Your bedroom overlooks the back patio/yard area. Your bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a toilet and a sink that is attached to a vanity with some storage space.

I have a queen mattress and bed frame I can leave in your room as well as one bedside table. If you prefer the room completely empty, I can move the above items into the garage before you move in. You will need to provide your own comforter/sheets/pillow/towel.

The garage is a tandem style two car garage. (We park in front/behind each other instead of side by side.) You can choose to park in the garage or use your spot as storage and park on the street.

The rest of the house is fully furnished. I have most kitchen appliances. The middle floor is laminate flooring and the 3rd floor has carpet. All flooring/carpet was installed fall of 2022.
